Born and raised in Toronto, Simon first discovered his passion for construction and design while renovating his home in Riverdale. What started as a personal project quickly turned into a deep interest in the craft of building and problem-solving, leading him to take the leap, leaving the corporate world to pursue a career in construction and design.

From the beginning, Simon wanted to offer a better renovation experience—one that prioritized clear communication, thoughtful planning, and high-quality craftsmanship. He saw too many homeowners feeling overwhelmed by the process and knew there was a way to make it smoother, more collaborative, and ultimately more rewarding. By working with some of the best trades in the city and focusing on respect and professionalism, he has built a company that reflects these values.

Outside of work, Simon spends most of his time with his wife, Allie, and their German Shorthaired Pointer, Olive—a.k.a The Spotted Dog. Whether tackling their own home projects or getting outside with Olive, they bring the same care and attention to their own space that they do to their clients' homes.
